I have been working from an iPad on a Word document stored in my Dropbox account for several years now. A few months ago, out of the blue Office started disconnecting my Dropbox account literally every single day. I tap Open in Word to open the doc, Dropbox opens up Word, and then nothing happens. I go into Settings->Files and Storage->Storage Accounts, and Dropbox is just gone. I have to manually reconnect my Dropbox account literally every single day of my life. I have reported this issue over and over and over through Help->Tell Us What Can Be Better in Word iOS. Numerous app updates have been released since this problem started happening and absolutely nothing has been done to fix it.481Views6likes20CommentsWeb Content toggle is now missing
Hi All- Starting yesterday, the toggle for "web content" in m365 Copilot has disappeared. And when searching for content, we see this alert: "Your organization has turned off web search. Copilot responses won't include the latest data from the web." No changes have been made on our end and we have the Cloud Policy for "Allow web search in Copilot" enabled. Anyone else having issues?65Views2likes2CommentsTag or Space for Copilot 365 Chat?
Hi, if there isn't a community space dedicated to M365 Copilot Chat, could an admin add a tag here? We have a few users with Copilot 365 licenses, but thousands with 365 Copilot Chat, and it's hard to find support and discussion specific to 365 Copilot Chat.83Views2likes4CommentsError when I try to open one of my copilots
Hi, I've created new copilots in Microsoft 365 > Copilot. Once published, I try to open them, but they don't display in the right side bar. If I search the name of the copilot from the search bar in Microsoft 365, the name of the copilot is displayed > I click on it, and I get the following error message : "Unable to load the requested application. No static tabs configured". (translated from french) Can you help me please ?138Views1like2CommentsCopilot Studio custom copilot has has wrong date
I'm building a simple custom Copilot in Copilot Studio to retrieve weather information from weather.com/weather.gov. I noticed the answers regarding weather data were not accurate. I finally typed the prompt "What is today's date?" and the Copilot responded with October 10, 2023. Today is September 24, 2024. I have no idea where this date came from. I created a new blank Copilot and the same thing is happening. Has anyone else experienced this?822Views1like5CommentsHandwritten notes
I started to use co-pilot a couple of months ago and I was able to scan some handwritten notes into a pdf and attach the notes to coplot and ask it a list of questions based on the handwritten notes. It worked brilliantly until a few weeks back but now I am getting an error saying unable to read the notes. Has any had an similar experiences and know if there is a fix? I am currently developing a custom agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio to streamline access to key information from our Salesforce sandbox, including Leads, Opportunities, I have successfully integrated Salesforce as a knowledge source using the Salesforce connector, authenticated via a service account with admin privileges in Salesforce. The integration is technically working as expected. However, I’ve encountered a security concern: At present, any user interacting with the Copilot agent can retrieve all data from Salesforce, regardless of their individual permissions in Salesforce. This appears to be due to the elevated privileges of the service account used for the connector. I would like assistance with configuring user-level access control within this integration. Specifically, I want to ensure that: Only authorized users can access specific Salesforce data through the Copilot agent. Users can only perform actions or retrieve records that their Salesforce permissions allow. Could you please guide me on how to properly implement permission scoping or data access control within Copilot Studio when using a high-privilege service account in the Salesforce connector?148Views0likes1CommentWork/Web Toggle Not present on Microsoft 365 copilot

I tried manually updating the license but couldnt find those options for some of the app. I am using M365 for Mac. Can you help with this. I had included a screenshot of this. I check my subscriptions and I had already been assigned the correct license.Solved342Views1like7CommentsCopilot Agent "An external link was removed to protect your privacy" Error
Hi everyone, I’m using the paid version of Microsoft Copilot and have encountered an issue with a Copilot Agent I created. I’d appreciate any help or suggestions from the community. Use Case: The agent is designed to generate a downloadable Word document report based on user inputs (files and prompts) and a curated knowledge base. The knowledge base includes folders with previously developed reports, templates, and other relevant documentation. What’s Working: The agent correctly uses the knowledge base and user prompts to generate accurate report content. The logic and flow of the agent are functioning as expected. The Problem: When the agent attempts to generate the downloadable Word document, it fails and returns the message: "An external link was removed to protect your privacy." However, when I use the same prompts and files directly in the Copilot chat interface, the Word document is generated and is downloadable without any issues. What I Need Help With: Has anyone else experienced this issue with Copilot Agents? Is this a known limitation or a configuration/privacy setting I might be missing? Any workarounds or documentation that could help? Thanks in advance for your help!58Views0likes1Comment
