Surface Laptop 3 - applications starts up slow and with delay

Were you able to get this fixed? I just had this same issue, only worse, start Monday. Exactly 1 month after the warranty expired. I tried everything, including resetting the computer completely. Nothing has fixed it. I'm told it's probably faulty hardware and there's nothing I can do.
joe_k450 It works well again after a `Reset this PC`. I did keep most of my usr and application files, so it was only a windows software reset.
My suspicions are related to multiple windows updates not finishing as intended.
- hi , i am Brain M , i have found a solution for this , you should update to the new windows 21h1 update . this update will increase the speed of your surface and will open applications faster than 20h2
