85" surface hub 2s - Teams wont sign in - Caa20003 error .. not account related
we have two of these with the same error, i noticed that the MS Teams for surface hub updated recently over the weekend... at first i thought it was the account password need to be reset which i did.. still nothing ... i can however use the same credentials on a laptop and access Teams and calendar tied to the account....
what gives ? i need these up in a few hours
cezarcretu UPDATE : it wasnt the time or date , all i did to fix it all by accident too was the following ..
went to admin settings page on the hub , accounts then device account change button - i input the same password in it again.... and that did it. we thought by signing the device in through the sign in prompt that was enough, but nope ... this did it ..
also notice it had installed "teams room for surface hub" earlier today .. file size was only 7kb... maybe that update through it offline ?
