Microsoft 365 Copilot for Excel
Copilot is not generating information from a simple Excel file. It's a consolidated excel sheet from Dynamics 365 Crm data having 29 columns and 6426 rows. Is there any cleanup or data transformation needs to be done before uploading to copilot or any guidelines available to use Copilot in Excel.

Ideally it should not be any issue if your data is reasonably clean. I also Exported Data from Dynamics 365 CRM and used Microsoft 365 copilot Excel and output is good enough.

If you trying only with Microsoft copilot Free Version , you may to try hard on prompt refinement to get output.
