Transferring Family Office licences to NFP
Hi there admin - we have a current MS Office Family subscription which costs about $150 per year. Is there anyway to transfer users and data to our new NFP account? - TIA

Hi bmconsoc,
Microsoft doesn’t currently provide a direct migration path from a Microsoft 365 Family (personal) subscription to a Microsoft 365 Nonprofit (organization) tenant. However, it is possible to manually transition users and data between the two environments.
