Accepting Azure Credit.
Hello Everyone, I've been trying to accept our Azure non-profit credit however every time I try it keeps telling me that your billing account already has credits. (didn't understand the process at first so I signed up for a free account with a $200.00 credit.) Does anyone know how to accept this? I tried to create a support ticket but when I input what's happening it jumps to solution and doesn't give me the option to submit anything. Any help would be great.
New Nonprofit - Already have a Tenant
We are a small nonprofit and we created a Microsoft 365 tenant a couple years ago and have been using it. When applying for techsoup last week, it forced us to create a new username/domain on onmicrosoft (assuming a new tenant). Now that we are recently approved through techsoup, will we be able to use the granted licenses and services we receive through techsoup with our EXISTING tenant that we have used for a couple years?
Error when accessing non-profit hub
Hello, our organization just received the notification that it is eligible for the Microsoft non-profit program. When I tried to access the non-profit portal, I only get an error message. I tried to contact support and they stated that my „account does not satisfy Microsoft requirements, and will not be allowed to proceed at this time“. What does that mean? Our organization meets all requirements. I hope someone here can clarify this. Thanks in advance!
Problem with new account
Last month I received positive verification of my nonprofit organization, and thus gained access to the Nonprofit Hub. After about a week, an error began to appear when logging in: Something went wrong We cannot allow you to proceed at this time. Please contact support and reference message code 715-123190 and transaction ce9ed06e-57a7-4067-8fba-abb9207d8724. As described, I contacted and admit I don't know what the issue is because I got this response: We're sorry that our Internal Team can no longer reactivate your access to the Nonprofit Portal Hub due to Microsoft policy update. Once your nonprofit subscription expires, you can always avail Commercial licenses via https://portal.office.com. What, as an organization, can we do to regain access to the account? And does anyone perhaps know what happened here?
Issue with Non-Profit Licenses – Credit Card Required
Hello, Our organization has been accepted into the Microsoft Non-Profit program, and we have been granted 10 donated licenses. However, in order to obtain them, I need to purchase them, even though the cost is 0 euros. I understand this is an administrative process to acquire the licenses. The problem is that the system requires me to enter a credit card, which I do not have. My organization does not have a credit card. Hi team, I have configured organization sharing between two tenants, Tenant A and Tenant B, to allow users to share availability with each other. However, I am facing an issue: When a Tenant A user tries to add a Tenant B user’s calendar, they get a permission error. However, for some Tenant B users, Tenant A users can successfully add their calendars without any issues. The strange part is that even when a Tenant A user cannot add a particular Tenant B user's calendar, they can still see all availability details of that user in the Availability Assistant. Does anyone know why this behavior is occurring? What is the correct method to ensure calendars shared via Organization Sharing are viewable? I'd love to chat with a mid-sized nonprofit (in the 20-50 staff range +/-) that is up and running with Dynamics (whether or not they are using F&E), using it across more than one department, and generally satisfied with how things are going. I'm curious how much customization is in place, how much iteration has happened since go-live, what your tech stack looks like, how much is managed internally by an admin vs externally by a partner/managed services, and the LOE for getting an admin up to speed and/or expectations for ongoing partner support (cost, hours per month, etc). To be totally transparent, we have found Dynamics more difficult to work in than expected and would like to understand from others whether our expectations are realistic or not. Clipchamp disabling "share in the cloud" toggle button
Good afternoon Is there a way to disable the "Share in the cloud" toggle button in Clipchamp and set it to no by default? This is for using Clipchamp video editor in a primary school; we do not want the pupils to be able to share their videos to the cloud. Hello everyone, I have signed up our non-profit organization for Microsoft Non-Profit and it was approved. In the approval-mail I was instructed to go to the "non-profit hub" to sign in and select the plans we would like to use. Unfortunately, when I try to log in at the non-profit hub, I am redirected to a blank page with just a loading circle spinning for all eternity (I've let it spin for 3 hours at one time). I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) as well as different devices, the result remains the same. The username and password are correct - the former was additionally given in the approval-mail, the latter was checked several times. Is there another way to select the plans for our non-profit organization? Thanks in advance.
