I have a client's Surface Pro 5 which has many problems. 1. He formatted his SSD, and now there are no bootable operating system error displays.
2. He forgets the surface UEFI password so he can't access uefi settings.
3. His surface device firmware issue. there are only a few 4 options available. there are no options to allow booting from USB.
So please help me out. I am his technical support person. I have my own business and I handle to his company all IT support solutions. He does not want to send this device anywhere to service support. So please suggest to me how to solve it myself through any tools or utility. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
