Hi, I've been trying to understand how you can insert a table in the Planner task description through Power Automate. I can see that you can create a table in Microsoft Word then paste this into the Planner task description as shown below but I'm getting no luck in trying to re-create this through Power Automate (update task details). I've tried to use the get task details for this task and it shows a string of "| Location | |\r\n| --- | --- |\r\n| Name | |\r\n| Contact Number | |\r\n| Email | |\r\n| Reason for request | |\r\n| Actions required | |\r\n| Initially Assignees | |" then when I try to use this as a template for the action Update task details, it produces this as a string rather than a table. I've also used the Graph API to get the task details but it shows exactly the same as the string already mentioned. I'd be really grateful if anyone could help!500Views1like1CommentNew Premium planner plans not showing up in PowerAutomate
Hello all, I'm currently experimenting with the trial version of the new premium planner. When I want to create a flow in PowerAutomate and use the "Create task (preview)" operation, or any other planner operation, my premium plans are not showing up in the list, only the basic plans. Are new premium plans not yet integrated with PowerAutomate, or is there another issue?2.2KViews5likes3CommentsNew Microsoft Planner Premium resource
I've started a new blog on Planner Premium which we're rolling out within our department to about 30 people. I'm using it as a way to share and learn so would love people's feedback and corrections since things seem to be changing quite frequently Here's my first 4 posts: Read this before using labels in Microsoft Planner Buckets, Tasks, and Subtasks Oh My! Hello Microsoft Teams Community, We are experiencing a serious issue: the “Add attachment” option in Microsoft Planner tasks no longer offers the ability to upload files. Until recently, we had three options: Upload from computer Attach from Teams/SharePoint files Add a link to a URL Now, only the “Link to a URL” option appears. This affects all users in our organization and happens across all platforms (Teams desktop, Teams web, and Planner web at tasks.office.com). This is not a permissions or setup issue: The plan is connected to a Microsoft 365 Group File uploads via the “Files” tab in Teams still work No settings have been changed on our side This is critical for our business: we and our clients rely on uploading documents directly to tasks for project tracking. Without this function, Planner becomes unusable for us, and we’ll have to consider switching to a different tool. Can someone from Microsoft confirm: Is this a bug or a recent product change? When can we expect the file upload functionality to return? Thank you in advance for any help or clarification.109Views0likes2CommentsCreate buckets in the My Tasks section?

Are you able to create additional Buckets in 'My Tasks' to move Tasks from one bucket to another?36Views0likes1CommentIssue with Task Conversation
Good morning, I would like to report an issue that has been occurring these days with Teams. We have a subscription to Planner Premium and for each Teams channel, we added a Planner tab associated with a project. From the channel, we enter the Planner tab and within a Task, we insert comments in the Task Conversation; those conversations sometimes get posted in different channels than the one the tab belongs to, but we can't understand the logic behind it.20Views0likes1CommentGuest Access for iOS??
We rolled out Microsoft Teams and Planner for a project at our organization. We have guest access turned on and enabled across Teams and Planner and everything seems to be working well. However, we noticed that our guest users do not seem to be able to access Planner thru the iOS app on their phone. It just says "Can't open link - You either don't have access to this item or it has been deleted" Is this a settings issue or something that isn't available on the iOS app yet?2.6KViews2likes6CommentsHow to see all tasks by all staff over all planner boards in one schedule
Our Events staff work in Microsoft Teams in a team called COMMUNITY EVENTS. Each event they organise is represented as a channel. Each channel has its own Planner board to list tasks to complete that event. There are 6 staff as team members and they are all doing different types of tasks inside the same Planner board. There are currently 26 events going on, ergo 26 channels, 26 planner boards. This team needs to see ALL the tasks across all 26 channels / planner boards in one calendar. I cannot figure out how to do this. Does anybody have any ideas please? Also, if we were to create one team per event, rather than one channel per event, would that make achieving this overall calendar any easier?
