Have users reporting long-standing discrepancies on room bookings - stuff being cancelled months ago, but not showing anywhere. I remember in the past, being able to audit this. Unfortunately, we now have Purview - a tool we didn't ask for, don't want, but allegedly are forced to use. These are Resources in 365, they have Exchange Mailboxes. Exchange has a tool to search for changes, but demands the subject line. The booking has been removed by the users - and I have no idea if this wants the original 'Booking' or the 'Re: Booking' or the 'FW: booking' or which of the 120 emails were generated. So I'm looking for alternative ways. I believe in the past, I did this via Defender. There WERE activities for Mailbox changes within this audit tool. They appear to be gone - or searching for Mailbox just removes all activities labeled 'Mailbox', I'm not sure. CoPilot gives me an evolving series of deprecated/possibly non-existent cmdlets for powershell, so that's fun. please do not refer me to another terrible marketing 'article'.. I have read so many, learned absolutely nothing useful, and I'm over it. Thank you15Views0likes1CommentMS 365 Group Mailbox - New Outlook Search Not Working
We have just received a troubled call stating that the Search Feature inside of the MS 365 Group Mailboxes is not working. I reviewed this, and it is the same for all MS 365 Group Mailboxes, while the search feature dose work with all personal mailboxes. We are on the New Outlook platform and this issue is occurring for both Installed and web version of Outlook. Has anyone run across this or know of a fix? Hello Everyone, https://windowsreport.com/microsoft-is-changing-how-it-releases-microsoft-365-app-updates/#:~:text=Starting%20July%202025%2C%20Microsoft%20will%20deprecate%20the%20Semi-Annual,being%20slashed%20from%2014%20months%20down%20to%208. We recently learned that the SAEC (Preview) will be deprecated starting July 8 2025. Since we have a uat group deployed on this update channel, we'll have to migrate them asap according to Microsoft recommendation. We have 2 questions: 1 - Is July 8 2025 date confirmed? 2 - If someone is in the same case, which update channel would you recommend for uat groups: back to the Semi-Annual standard channel or the Monthly Enterprise Channel? Dis some of you experience an important gap in terms of stability for critical business users?Solved139Views0likes3Commentsoutlook opening in web browser format

We're running into issues trying to access Inventory in the 365 Apps Admin Center (https://config.office.com/). When trying to swap a specific group of devices to a different update channel (Current to Monthly Enterprise), we go into the Apps Admin Center, select inventory and receive a generic error: There was a problem showing the security update status information. Please refresh the page or try again later. 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 This has been happening for 3 days now. Was working fine prior to that (and were able to flip a few devices earlier in the week). Anyone else experiencing the same/similar issues? Multiple 365 Admin's within our organization are getting the same error, so it's not isolated to 1 person/1 account.60Views0likes2Comments
