Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26200.5516 (ge_release_upr) fails to install
I've been trying to install this for over a week. The update installs and prompts for a reboot, but during the next stage it fails, reverts the changes, and reboots again. That leads into the Advanced Recovery Options, but selecting Exit and Continue to Windows 11 works. I ran the SetupDiag tool and it seems to be failing at this step: SetupDiag: processing rule: FindRollbackFailure. ..... Error: SetupDiag reports rollback failure found. Last Phase = Finalize Last Operation = Remove System Restore checkpoints Error = 0xC1900101-0x20017

Windows Security Real Time Protection can't be enabled
I am currently running Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview 23H2. I tried enabling real time protection in registry by settling real time protection key to 0, I tried to set not configured for real time protection in Local Policy Group, I have alo tried enabling it using Command prompt. However, none of the steps worked. Real time protection is still off and cannot be enabled. It just keeps on toggling off even when manually toggling it to on. I do hope that next Windows Updte would have a fix to this issue.
