Surface Duo - unable to apply recovery image
I received a Surface Duo from work but even though it's been factory reset I can't set it up as new for myself. Doing a reset and going back through set up always results in a prompt to enter the previous PIN that the last user must have had. I downloaded the recovery image from the Surface site but when I try that it gets to 94% when applied and fails with error 0. Is this device just a brick at this point and we can't use it, or does anyone know of how to get past these issues? Thanks, JamieWelcome to the Surface 3 Community!

I just received my Microsoft Surface Go. Yes, in Switzerland it was released just now, a couple of weeks after the US. The first review videos out there, did convince me that this is the right device I was looking for, but more to that later.
