I am not being able to use Copilot for Sales. This is the error:
Fix mailbox errors in Dynamics 365
Your mailbox and Dynamics 365 didn’t sync, so that will need to be fixed before your emails will auto-save again.
Even doing step by step, this is the message - Appointments, contacts, and tasks can't be synchronized because the email address of the mailbox Michele Nakamura requires an approval by an Office 365 Global Administrator.
Who is the office 365 Global Administrator? I work in Microsoft.

I followed the instructions on above page but when i get to Step 2 I am unable to access personalised settings, it says "Settings are coming soon". Would welcome any advice on how to fix please?
