Guest Access for iOS??
We rolled out Microsoft Teams and Planner for a project at our organization. We have guest access turned on and enabled across Teams and Planner and everything seems to be working well. However, we noticed that our guest users do not seem to be able to access Planner thru the iOS app on their phone. It just says "Can't open link - You either don't have access to this item or it has been deleted"
Is this a settings issue or something that isn't available on the iOS app yet?

Even more odd we are now in 2025 and this is still not available in a world where we all need to connect through Microsoft 365 and everybody is working on their mobile phone. Another Microsoft Project where can not move forward with at our customers just due the fact basic functionalities are not working. I noticed the first time this was requested was in 2018...7 years and counting. Instead we got anorher "To Do" app with less functionality...

Tried Planner app --> Failed
Tried Todo app --> Failed
Microsoft suggestion to used Teams app --> Failed. Not even able to add Planner as App within the Teams IOS App. Guest user has microsoft 365 license including planner within his own organization and is able to access the shared plan through a browser.
- SanthoshB1Bronze ContributorGuest access is not yet available in mobile apps (iOS or android). You can vote for this feature

I thought this was rolled out back in April? Is there any timeline for this?
- JoeG185Copper ContributorSeems odd that planner can’t be accessed on iOS yet for guests. I have sent out guest access to many people but now realize I need to find another alternative since the guests can’t access it on their phones: which will most likely be a non-Microsoft app.
