After the latest update, I lost the calendar
The icon is gone from the left bar and I can't seem to find it anymore. I still get meeting notifications when one is started. Running version 25060.205.3499.6849

The calendar is back today while running the same build number. I didn't do anything to bring it back.

Microsoft Teams version 25060.205.3499.6849 - I am experiencing the exact same issue. I am on Windows 11. It only seems to be affecting those with the Early Access through Public Preview version. My other coworkers that are not part of the early access group still have their calendar.
I'm also no longer to access the calendar via Teams after the 25060.205.3499.6849 update.
Try clicking on the three dots beneath the apps on the left bar and typing in calendar. If you're able to find it there click it to open it, and then right-click the icon and pin it to the bar again.
It's not there, there's no reference to calendar anywhere, I've searched
