Milestone not getting marked as completed.

I am following a plan where one of the milestones requires me to complete "Ingest data with Microsoft Fabric". I have completed all the 6 modules in this learning path. However the milestone is still at 0%.

  • Quick Checklist to Resolve "Milestone Not Completed" Issue

    1.Ensure You're Signed In Properly

    Confirm that you're logged into Microsoft Learn with the same account you're using to track milestone progress.

    If you used different browsers, tenants, or were not signed in while completing modules, progress might not be recorded.

     

    2.Verify Completion of Each Module

    Go to the learning path for "Ingest data with Microsoft Fabric".

    Make sure each of the 6 modules shows a green checkmark ✅.

    Sometimes, if you skip ahead or don’t complete the final knowledge check, it may not count as "complete."

    3.Refresh Progress Sync

    Sign out of Microsoft Learn and sign back in.

    Clear browser cache or try from an incognito/private browser window.

    Visit your Microsoft Learn profile: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/ → Look under Achievements to confirm module completions.

    4.Wait for Background Sync

    Microsoft Learn sometimes takes up to 24 hours to update milestone or challenge progress.

     

    5.Check If You Are in a Cloud Skills Challenge

    If this is part of a Microsoft Cloud Skills Challenge, then:

    Make sure you're enrolled properly in the specific challenge URL.

    Challenge progress is tracked separately from regular Learn progress.

     

     Still Not Marking as Complete?

    If all modules are marked complete but the milestone still reads 0%, do the following:

    Contact Microsoft Learn Support:

    Go to the Microsoft Learn support form and submit the following:

    Link to the learning path

     

    Screenshot showing completed modules

    Milestone/tracking issue details

    Your Microsoft Learn account email

    They typically respond in 1–2 business days.
