Hi Neeraj, That error usually means the agents are visible but not yet fully enabled for your tenant or license. Make sure you're in Targeted Release and using the right Copilot license. Also check with your admin if agent access is enabled. Rollouts happen in phases, so it may show up soon. Keep an eye on the Microsoft 365 Message Center for updates!

    Hello,

Just to make sure, have you opened Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat in browser and tried to add an agent from there?

And then choose Build by Microsoft, you should see both agents.

Also you have to be part of Targeted release: Set up the Standard or Targeted release options - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

You can check that if your account is part of Targeted release if you go to Teams, press 3 dots from top right corner to open Settings. Then select left bottom "About Teams" and you'll if you're part of Targeted Release.

This picture is now in Finnish, but there is mention about Targeted Release:

  • Hey! That error typically means the agent is visible in your region/tenant but hasn’t been fully rolled out or enabled for your specific license or user configuration yet. Microsoft often rolls out features in stages, even within supported regions.

    You can try the following:

Double-check that your account has the correct Microsoft 365 Copilot license with the necessary add-ons.

Ensure your language and region settings match supported configurations.

Ask your admin to verify if agent access is enabled in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or through PowerShell.

Keep an eye on the Microsoft 365 Message Center for rollout updates specific to your tenant.

Hopefully, support for your tenant gets fully enabled soon!
