Becoming O365 E3 Reseller

We are planning to become O365 E3/ E5 reseller... Can you let us know the process of becoming one and what are the certifications that we should complete in order to become the reseller...

I would recommend starting out by contacting a Microsoft Distributor in your country.
I work for a company that is Direct Partner with Microsoft, but most resellers here in Denmark are Indirect Resellers via a Microsoft Distributor. This is because there are many things you need to built, e.g. customer platform for your customers to purchase licensing and order subscriptions.
