Hi Prateek,

I don't believe Microsoft has a partnership with PeerSpot, only Gartner Peer Insights. You can find info on reviewing Microsoft products from this post here: Get $25 USD for reviewing a Microsoft Security product on Gartner Peer Insights | Microsoft Community Hub

I have confirmed with PeerSpot that there is a running campaign for Microsoft Security products with them but I cannot find such details where I can schedule the review.

They typically schedule the call while filling in the details over the link shared by Microsoft.
