Why my site Data is not updating in Bing Webmaster Tools
I manage a website focused on Wendy's menu prices in the USA and recently added it to Bing Webmaster Tools to monitor clicks and impressions. Initially, I was able to see data showing the performance of my site. However, the data has stopped updating and seems to be stuck. As my site aims to provide up-to-date information on Wendy's menu prices across the USA, it's essential for me to have accurate insights into its performance on Bing. I've verified the site and ensured the correct placement of verification tags. Can anyone help me resolve this issue and ensure my site's data updates correctly on Bing Webmaster Tools?

I faced the same issue with my site https://snapseedqrcodess.net/ — Bing Webmaster Tools was showing data at first but then stopped updating. In my case, the issue was with the sitemap not being picked up properly. I solved it by:
Re-submitting the sitemap manually in Bing Webmaster Tools
Using the "Inspect URL" tool to check if key pages were still indexed
Making sure Bingbot wasn't blocked in my robots.txt
After doing that, data started updating again within a few days. Try those steps — it might help get your Wendy’s site data back on track too!

It sounds like you've taken the right initial steps—verifying your site and ensuring the tracking tag is properly implemented. If your site data in Bing Webmaster Tools is no longer updating, here are a few possible reasons and solutions you can check:
✅ 1. Verification Tag PlacementEven if it was working initially, double-check that the verification tag is still in place and hasn’t been accidentally removed or altered during a recent update (especially if you're using WordPress or a CMS where themes/plugins may override changes).
🔄 2. Crawling IssuesBing may have stopped crawling your site if:
Your robots.txt file blocks Bingbot (User-agent: bingbot)
Your server has high response time or errors (timeouts, 5xx errors)
You've added too many redirects or broken links
➡️ Use the “URL Inspection” tool in Bing Webmaster Tools to check if your site or key pages are crawlable.
🔍 3. Not Enough Search ActivityIf your site is fairly new or doesn’t get much Bing traffic, the data might not update frequently. Bing updates less often for low-traffic or niche sites compared to Google.
📈 4. Indexing DelaySometimes there’s a lag in data reporting even if your site is indexed. Try checking:
Index status: “Site Explorer” tab
Search performance: “Search Performance” tab (you can adjust the date range)
🧪 5. Test with Bingbot
Use the “Fetch as Bingbot” feature to test whether Bing can access your site and render content.
🛠️ What You Can Do:Re-submit your sitemap.xml in Bing Webmaster Tools
Check the crawl stats or error reports
Monitor server logs for any issues from Bingbot
Try re-verifying if needed (though that’s rare)
📝 Final Tip:
Also make sure your sitemap is kept up-to-date and includes your latest content (e.g., new menu updates for Wendy's), and submit it manually to ensure Bing picks it up.
If you've checked all of the above and it's still stuck, you can reach out to Bing Webmaster Support here:

I’ve gone over everything too, checked the verification tags, and ran through all the usual troubleshooting steps. Still, no luck. It’s tough to keep the blog running smoothly without this real-time insight into how it’s performing. If you're dealing with something similar on your end, I completely feel you. In the meantime, I’m staying on top of things, continuing to monitor and hoping for a fix soon. If you're looking for the latest updates or menu prices, you can always check out the Del Taco menu here: Del Taco Menu. Fingers crossed for a resolution soon!

Hey! Just saw your post about Bing Webmaster Tools. I'm having a similar issue with Snapseed QR codes - no impressions even after submitting my site.

I can completely relate to what you're experiencing. I manage a blog focused on the Wendy menu with prices and have faced the same issue with Bing Webmaster Tools. Initially, the data for clicks and impressions was updating without any problems, but now it seems stuck and doesn’t reflect the current performance. It’s incredibly frustrating because, like you, I depend on this data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. I’ve double-checked everything, including verification tags, and everything appears to be in order, yet the problem persists. It’s quite challenging to manage the blog effectively without these crucial insights, and I’m also actively looking for a solution to this issue.

If your site's data isn't updating in Bing Webmaster Tools, it could be due to issues with indexing or delays in data processing. Ensure your sitemap is submitted and that there are no crawling errors. Just like keeping your menu up-to-date, ensuring the accuracy of your site’s structure and tags is essential for optimal performance. If the issue persists, request reindexing or verify that all technical aspects of the site are in place. click here
