The user had super flow sync. It took long time to sync (more than 15 minutes, I don't know exactly)... The user reboot her computer to make it faster she said.
She had around 450k files in her OneDrive with a lot of shortcut to OneDrive pointing to libraries on one specific site. You know a site with hundred of libraries and she wanted to access those files from her File Explorer... There is no easy way to get them all for one thing (you have to add the shortcuts one by one). But then those libraries containted so many files we had to take them out. Also those libraries have specific permissions on folders. The worse.
So I understand there is a soft limit, but if the OneDrive client start to take forever to sync the files in and out of a computer, would it be possible to give more information to the user? Or it's impossible to know the real issue and it has to come to helpdesk for help?
