I like how easy this is to approve from Outlook and Teams.
It looks great...
But can you improve the features?
- Have multiple levels of approval where each level can have different type of approval with multiple people... i.e. Level 1 have 2 people with only one needs to approve (parallele) and Level 2 has 2 people where everyone needs to approve in sequence (if one reject don't send to next one) and Level 3 has 3 people required to approve in parallel. Now we need to create 2 different approvals and that confuse the user. We need an approval system that covers every needs!!
- Have some kind of admin view per solution and tenant admin view to see all request and be able to approve in place of the regular assignee.
- Be able to programmatically cancel an approval! Power Automate flows last for 28 days and Approval cannot be canceled before the flow times out! This is annoying!
That's what I'm thinking right now... those are our issues right now in the company!
